1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

- The product is expired or not as described.
Conditions:

- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used personal care items (e.g., shampoo, serum, face cream).
- Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales.
- Items without original packaging.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

- If the product is not eligible, we will notify you and return it back at your cost.
4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Costs
